Reiki is an alternative therapy for the treatment of physical, emotional and mental diseases.
The word Reiki is made of two Japanese words – Rei meaning “God’s Wisdom or the Higher Power” and Ki “life force energy”. So Reiki means “spiritually guided life force energy.”
When people receive a reiki treatment, they usually feel more relaxed and wonderful. Reiki is known and recognized worldwide to relax and heal people through an unseen life force energy.
Reiki treats the whole person including body, emotions, mind and spirit creating many beneficial effects that include relaxation and feelings of peace, security and wellbeing. Many have reported miraculous results.
Reiki is a simple, natural and safe method of spiritual healing and self-improvement that everyone can use. It has been effective in helping virtually every known illness and always creates a beneficial effect. It also works in conjunction with all other medical or therapeutic techniques to relieve side effects and promote recovery.
Energy work is much more powerful that we think, even so if some of us think that we healed because of something else. It is invisible and gentle.
Reiki is not a religion and can be practiced by anyone regardless of the belief system, experience and age. We work with energies and we all are energies and frequencies. Reiki can also be used on plants and animals.
My personal experience
Reiki really changed my life back in 2008 when I discovered it and this is how I started my healing journey which keeps evolving ever since. I now use different healing techniques when I practice energy healing on people.
Reiki healed me a great deal. Some health issues disappeared when I started practicing reiki, issues that I have had for over a decade, despite seeing many specialists and going through chemical treatments that actually reduced my immune system.
Quote from the founder Mikao Isui
” Just for today, I will let go of anger.
Just for today, I will let go of worry.
Today, I will count my many blessings.
Today, I will do my work honestly. Today, I will be kind to every living creature.”
